Away from "home" again...

Computer update again. I was actually rapidly getting comfortable with Ubuntu, but still, not a complete fix, so I took my computer in to the repair place today. They won't be done with it until Friday at the blue-sky earliest, and I don't know if they'll be able to preserve any of the data on it or not (I had already backed up everything I needed, but if I could get it back just like it was except with functional Windows, that would be very nice). Sigh... Well, we're getting somewhere.
