Illustrations of my fanfic are an appreciated option in several cases; I’ll note where this applies.
Bonus points always if you can make the image more than just a portrait, like show the subject(s) doing something and/or highlight some aspect of their character(s).

I'm going to provide canon review links as if this were a fic exchange, firstly because that's what I'm used to, and also because I figure if you just need reference pictures, there's Google Image Search and such. But you'll need a working knowledge of the fandom/story to get the most out of that stuff, hence canon review in case you need it.

Legend of Zelda
Characters: Link, Zelda, Impa, Tetra, Nabooru, Midna
Relationships: Link & Zelda, Zelda & Impa, Link & Tetra, Link & Ezlo, Link & Aryll, Link & Epona, Link & Nabooru
This series has had a lot of art styles. My favorites are the “Toon” style as in Wind Waker and the more modern anime-inflected stuff as in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors. Not a fan of the Twilight Princess look. For the characters who have multiple incarnations, any incarnation is OK (well, any incarnation from a Nintendo-published video game other than Triforce Heroes; I noped out of the story on that one). Heck, mixing the incarnations and styles could be fun if you want to, or maybe go for some kind of "storybook" aesthetic. Really, though, however you want to do it.
For the “illustrate my fanfic” option, I recommend Wear My Fearsome Power, which is based on Majora's Mask, although I also have a cute little Minish Cap fic. (The Zelda II one I have is a bit too dark for this, I think).

Long-time MiSTie here! I didn't get on board until the Sci-Fi era, though — so when I ask for Pearl, I’m asking for Season 8-10 Pearl (and I just had to include Pearl & “Art” as an option). An offbeat idea I’m open to would be interpreting the ‘bots as humans or animals, if you have an interesting take on that. Really, though, whatever you want to do! I’m open to whatever art style you want on this.

Note: I’m into the classic and Symphony-style stuff. Never got on the Lords of Shadow boat. I also thought Judgment was an abomination. Heck, even Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness don't figure into my requests.
This one is an exception re: illustrations of my fanfic. All of the Castlevania fic I have is either embarrassing old stuff or inapplicable — well, there is that one drabble if you want to draw Alucard getting to hold baby Soma.
I do however have an elaborate unwritten headcanon, with bits and pieces that apply to some of the requests. My Trevor and Alucard were very dear friends (and BTW I’m not fond of Trevor’s character design in Curse of Darkness). Also, shortly after Dawn of Sorrow I shamelessly brought Maria back from the dead (in an immortal body no less), so if you want to do modern-style Maria or Alucard/Maria, there’s that.
