Additional Tags: Alternate Universe - Science Fiction, or maybe Science Fantasy, but anyway IN SPACE
Summary: Snow White and Rose Red live peacefully in the forest with their mother, but their earliest memories are of a different life: a blighted homeworld and a journey through the stars. A winter visitor and a falling star lead them on a journey to discover the truth about their home and about their own mysterious powers.

It ended up being the longest story in the collection, which makes me proud. I'm pleased with it in general, and the recipient seems to like it.

So, Success! I'm planning to do Parallels next. I really should try to get some non-exchange fic done, too, but for now I'm taking a break.
