Not reading next week

foxinthestarsSo I mentioned recently I'm doing "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Well, tomorrow starts Week 4, in which one of the assignments is "Reading Deprivation."
Yup, no reading. I think it will be hard, but I'm also looking forward to it, because I really (really) get the logic of intervening in addictive reading behavior. To make it meaningful, I also intend to avoid videos, podcasts, TV, etc. (although I am still allowing myself video games if they're not too text-heavy; yes, I'm refusing to give up my Castlevania, but visual novels and RPGs are out, as is Okamiden; hm, it's been awhile since I played Pinball Hall of Fame, not much to read in that...).
Practically, this means I won't be reading y'all's blogs or comments from tomorrow through next Saturday, although I should still be posting. I'll watch my e-mail for anything that looks important, but that's about it.
