It turned out I had two scenes to go, not one, but I now have a draft! Whew! Yes, I can natter about all the things I'm afraid are wrong with it (really not sure that poor happy-go-lucky anime was built to withstand the weight of my writing style), but honestly, I'm pretty pleased.

Probably tomorrow I'll give it enough of a lick over for something written on a lark and post it, although if you'd like a sneak preview... (RTF download of limited duration --- I've started using GoogleDocs as an offsite backup for my stories.)
