I haven't posted anything since Mango ended. The last few days I've been working on my Mango Artist Cards (5 of 9 done! I won't show them off until people get them, but I'm pleased with how they're coming out), and watching some of the SciFi Channel's traditional Twilight Zone marathon, but it's about time I stop in and said hi again. Some of the Mangoers have been nice enough to friend me, so I thought I'd say welcome to you all and point out a few things.
First, since you got here re: my Castlevania fan-comic, there's some CV-related stuff. Only on DW, the cv playthroughs tag is a little series of posts I did about a year and a half ago, where I posted links to online playthroughs (and occasionally Let's Plays) of the entire series, if you would care to watch any of it (does not at present include Lords of Shadow).
Also, my "cbt" tag (both DW and LJ) contains filtered posts from a project about a year ago wherein I started summarizing my entire take on the CV storyline from start to finish; I got through Order of Ecclesia (the early 1800s) and then abandoned it, but if you'd like to poke around in it, just ask and I'll put you on the filter. (I could probably be talked into picking it back up, too.)
I also write prose fanfiction and am on FF.net and Ao3; a lot of what's on there I now consider embarrassing old stuff, but I may be the harshest critic even there. I'm particularly proud of my Harry Potter fanfic (while it's currently on hiatus I would like to get back to it eventually---I should warn any HP fans here, tho, I have a real love-hate relationship with the canon, reject everything but the first four novels, and am not open to persuasion otherwise), and the closest-to-active project there is my quixotic attempt to finish a 15-year-old Fushigi Yuugi a/u (if you can make it through thirty chapters of Old Shame, it gets really good! ^_~;;)
I'm also an American liberal politics junkie, although I try not to talk too much about that, spiritually a burned-Christian-turned-not-yet-sure-what (not quite agnostic, not quite atheist, not quite anything in particular), and I consider myself bisexual. In 2001, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with emphasis in Drawing, but didn't know what came next after that, washed out, and still don't have it together.
