Silly writer query
Would it be acceptable to refer to go-to-sleep songs as "lullabyes"? That's not technically correct (it ought to be "lullabies"), but it might rub me better aesthetically.

I've actually seen both used (might be British v. American spelling differences?), so I think you're good to go with "lullabyes".

Thanks! Google was only wanting to spell it with an i, but if I put it in quotes I get some hits on it. Wiktionary doesn't like it, but wth.
