New project
Well, I've been a stranger since the new computer came...
In fact, it's largely because I've been so quiet lately that I decided to start a new project:
The Things We Own at Blogspot
Wherein I take "work with what you have" perhaps too literally. We've got so much clutter to work through here, and the various objects can give me something to say, so I decided to go for it. Featured so far: Precious Moments counted cross stitch patterns, Iron Man 2 lenticular notebook with a previous owner's graffiti, and the set of "Witch Detective Club" Japanese Children's novels.
I'm calling that a new "project," not a new "blog," because to me, blog is closer to journal and implies a personal space, and this is still my personal space.
Giving it a few days' trial before I announced it, I'm bouncing back and forth from thinking it's too confessional to thinking it's too banal, but if it gets me saying things, it has a good purpose for now.
I am a fan of Studies in Crap after all, although my project doesn't have the humor element...
